Don Rodriguez

Don Rodriguez is an expressionistic and abstract artist who works primarily in acrylic and oil painting with award-winning pieces from various art shows. Originally from Harlingen, TX, he is now living in Baytown, TX. From childhood, he has been fascinated with drawing and painting and continues to seek knowledge on how to expand his natural talents. The main inspiration in his artwork is nature—from forests to the ocean—and anything in between that stirs his curiosity.

In looking at Don Rodriguez artwork, you will see influences from Picasso, Degas, Matisse, and Renoir. Don’s passion and joy of painting is what he wants to share with the world hoping that others will also feel joy and excitement about life when looking at his creations. “Creating with passion” is his motto.
