Regrets and Redemption

Regrets and Redemption was initiated after the end of a very emotional and bad relationship. The piece was molded by anger after the fresh wounds of a breakup, but as time went on that wound started to heal and the anger dissipated while working on it. The piece took on a new light into redemption of one’s self rather than the anger and regret of being in a bad relationship. The artist worked on this piece for a year during which she experienced a new love, and with that turning point in her life the piece was completed with the word “renew” being placed over mistake.
